Emerald Exchange™ Client Contract

1a - Agreement Terms

By entering into this contract, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions of service with Emerald Exchange™.

Emerald Exchange™ specializes in sourcing and supplying villagers for trading purposes in your Minecraft world. Each villager is carefully bred, transported, and prepared for professional trading operations.

1b - Security Terms

If the the client damages Emerald Exchange’s™ property in any way, an additional fee will have to be paid. This will be determined upon examination of damages. While extracting your purchased villiger, if you take more than the amount purchased or any villagers “escape”, you will be responsible for:

Exhibit A (Taking more than purchased amount)

• The client will have to pay the 3 diamonds or 60 emerald fee and will also be charged an additional 2 diamonds or 30 emeralds.

FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE RETURN OF ALL PURCHASED VILLIGERS IN THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION AND A MAN HUNT FOR YOUR TERMINATION/ELIMINATION.

Exhibit B (Villigers “escape” during extraction)

• The client will be responsible for returning all escaped merchandise. Failure to do so will result in the 3 diamonds or 60 emeralds fee per villiger that escaped.

(all of above in section 1b  titled “Security Terms” do not apply to any customers that are using the Emerald Express™ add-on.)

2a - Pricing & Services

Villager Supply

• 1 Villager = 3 Diamonds OR 60 Emeralds
  
  

Emerald Express™ Add-on (Optional)

• Add-on Cost: +1 Diamond OR Emerald equivalent (rounded to the nearest whole number)
  
  

• Includes full transport and setup of the villager at your designated trading hall.
  
  

• If you do not purchase the Emerald Express™ service, you are responsible for extracting the villager from our containment zone.
  
  

• We do not assist with relocation unless Emerald Express™ has been paid for.

• The client is expected to bring their own method of extracting the purchased villiger from our designated containment zone. Emerald Exchange™ recommend a boat for extraction of purchased merchandise. Emerald Exchange™ does not provide a way of extraction nor will assist in extraction unless Emerald Express™ is purchased. 

(as stated above).

2b - Liability & Replacement

• Once a villager leaves our custody, Emerald Exchange™ holds no responsibility for any injuries, deaths, zombifications, or spontaneous disappearances.
  
  

• If a villager dies during an Emerald Express™ delivery, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
  
  

• No refunds or replacements will be issued for villagers that do not meet your trading standards (e.g., poor enchantments, rerolling issues, or lectern rage).
  
  

3a - Final Notes

By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to all of the above terms.
Emerald Exchange™ reserves the right to adjust terms, prices, or policies at any time without notice.

Any purchases made before the date 19th of April 2025 at 18:36 (BST, UNITED KINGDOM) 

Emerald Exchange™ accepts the client’s agreement to this contract as physical signed copy shown and kept by a member of our team or a digital copy with a digital signature below. *WHEN SIGNING FOR PURCHASE*
