Emerald Exchange™ Trading hall access user contract (EMERALD)

1a - Agreement Terms

By entering into this contract, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions of service with Emerald Exchange™.

Emerald Exchange™ specializes in sourcing and supplying villagers for trading purposes in your Minecraft world. Each villager is carefully bred, transported, and prepared for professional trading operations.

1b - Information

This contract is for the subscription that players can purchase for access to restricted zones.

See 2a for pricing and access/perks.

2a - Pricing & Services

Access to trading hall (Emerald)

• 1 Netherite ingot & 20 Emeralds billed monthly

• Includes full access to trade with villagers located in the Emerald trading hall.

• Includes access to the Emerald Iron Storage 

• Does not include access to the iron farm

• PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE EMERALD IRON STORAGE & IRON FARM ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF USE. AT THIS TIME, YOUR CONTRACT DOES NOT INCLUDE THESE PERKS.
  
  

2b - Liability & Replacement

• When trading with villagers in our Upper level, Emerald Exchange™ holds no responsibility for deaths or other causes of injury to the client or the villagers. If a villager is murdered while the client is present, the client will be suspended from all Emerald Exchange™ services and will be forced to pay an amount of

• 5 diamonds + 3 Emeralds PER villager killed.

• The player is also expected to give a FULL replacement*

The villager may not be from the Emerald Exchange™ villager breeder.*

*If possible

2c - Refund

Emerald Exchange may offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase.*

After the 3 day period has passed, you may cancel your subscription

However no refund will be given.*

No refund will be given for un-necesary complaints. For down-time on assets you have rights to, no compensation will be given nor as a cancellation reason.

There is a refund fee of 10 Emeralds

2d - Privacy

Emerald Exchange reserves the right to ask you to keep confedentiality on any villager trades. 

3a - Final Notes

By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to all of the above terms.
Emerald Exchange™ reserves the right to adjust terms, prices, or policies at any time without notice.

Any purchases made before the date 21th of April 2025 at 20:34 (BST, UNITED KINGDOM) 

Emerald Exchange™ accepts the client’s agreement to this contract as a physical signed copy shown and kept by a member of our team or a digital copy with a digital signature below.  *WHEN SIGNING FOR PURCHASE*

Emerald Exchange holds the right to revoke your subscription at no notice and with no refund if valid reasoning is presented.

The villager may not be from the Emerald Exchange™ villager breeder.

For cancelling a fee of 5 diamonds will be charged.
