Emerald Exchange™ Use of Assets Contract

1a - Agreement Terms

By entering into this contract, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions of service with Emerald Exchange™.

Emerald Exchange™ specializes in sourcing and supplying villagers for trading purposes in your Minecraft world. Each villager is carefully bred, transported, and prepared for professional trading operations.

1b - Security Terms

If the client damages Emerald Exchange’s™ property in any way, an additional fee will have to be paid. This will be determined upon examination of damages.

1c - Use of Assets

Upon signing this contract of use of assets, you, the client, will have access to our designated Trading Hall. Access to our Villager Breeder is not included. 

See 1b for information on security. 

1d - Liability & Replacement

• When the client is operating at our trading hall, you are responsible for everything. You will be expected to bring your own resources to trade with. A chest will be provided for you upon signing this contract.

• Emerald Exchange has the right to revoke this contract of use of assets from the client. This can be done at no notice. 

2a - Final Notes

By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to all of the above terms.
Emerald Exchange™ reserves the right to adjust terms, or policies at any time without notice.

Emerald Exchange™ accepts the client’s agreement to this contract as a physical signed copy shown and kept by a member of our team or a digital copy with a digital signature below. *WHEN SIGNING FOR PURCHASE*
